To schedule a class, click "Book Now".  You will be directed to the MINDBODY site where you can register.  If it's your first time, please "Create An Account" in MINDBODY, as the booking feature will not work until you have a MINDBODY account. ​You can also download the MINDBODY application from IOS/Android.  Use your Login information and password to gain access.  Search Mindfully Aligned LLC, Berwick, PA and click the heart in the upper right corner to have immeidate access to our schedule and pricing. ​Should you need additional assistance just reach out!  I'll be happy to walk you through or simply book for you!

This gentle, but effective exercise class will help tone and strengthen your body, while also helping to reduce stress and improve flexibility. YIN + REIKI

Bring balance to your Life

A perfect compliment of Yin yoga and Reiki energy assisting with the ones ability to dive into the body.  Each healing class begins with centering breath work and meditation.  Students hold Yin yoga postures for 3-5 minutes to allow for a deeper connection to the body and spirit.  Yin yoga posture goes deeper than muscle and allows us to work with our connective tissue.  Each posture is seated and use of bolsters and props is recommended.  Reiki energy will be used the entire class to allow for relaxation and healing on a deeper level.

KUNDALINI

Radiate your Inner Light

Kundalini yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. With the awakening technology of Kundalini Yoga, we engage in multiple practices of breath work, posture, devotion, hand gestures, body locks, and verbal sound vibration.  We start each session by tuning in, tapping into the Grand Field of energy welcoming in protection and profoundly awakening from the inside by following kriya format.

These sessions are for most people. Please let instructor know if you are pregnant or have vertigo.

SLOW FLOW 

Align with Inner Peace

A meditative form of Vinyasa Yoga to help you find space between poses

Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class.

Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.

Body & Mind Transformation

Yogalates is sometimes thought of as a fusion practice of “East meets West,” because it merges the practice of yoga with the practice of Pilates. It combines the yogic focus on enhanced mind and body awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, with Pilates techniques to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement.

Find Inner Balance

Gentle Yoga is an excellent way to relax and unwind. Our certified instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches and breathing exercises designed to help you de-stress and renew your energy. Enjoy the calming atmosphere of our spa while you re-align your body and mind.​

HOT VINYASA

Inner Peace. Outer Strength

Hot vinyasa flow is a constantly moving and flowing sequence of postures. In contrast to the Hot Bikram Yoga series, these postures change class to class. Movements are cued by the breath; allowing you to execute the dynamic postures seamlessly. This class will provide a great compliment to your practice in itself, to build strength and improve balance and flexibility.

CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE 

Unlock your Mind + Body 

Candlelit Restorative Yoga is an ideal way to relax and restore your body and mind. With the help of calming music and soft candlelight, this gentle restorative practice allows you to slow down and bring your body back into balance. By combining supported postures with deep breathing, you will experience a profound sense of relaxation and renewal.​
