Turning with the Wheel of the Year

Attune to the sacred cycles of nature and awaken your inner rhythm.

The Wheel of the Year is a spiral journey through eight sacred festivals—seasonal gateways that honor the Earth’s rhythms and invite you to align your body, mind, and spirit with the natural world. At Mindfully Aligned, we celebrate each sabbat with intention, ritual, and community connection.

Whether through ritual circles, seasonal offerings, or guided embodiment practices, you are invited to root deeply into the energies of each turning point and walk in harmony with the cycles of light and dark.

The Eight Sacred Festivals

Imbolc (Feb 1–2)

The Spark of Awakening
A time of purification, inspiration, and new beginnings as the first light of spring stirs beneath the surface.

Ostara – Spring Equinox (Around Mar 20)

Balance and Renewal
Celebrate fertility, balance, and the return of light and growth.

Beltane (May 1)

Passion and Blossoming
A fiery celebration of life force, sensuality, and the sacred union of energies.

Litha – Summer Solstice (Around Jun 21)
Radiance and Power
The height of the sun’s strength, honoring abundance, expression, and the full bloom of the season.

Lughnasadh / Lammas (Aug 1)

First Harvest
A time of gratitude, nourishment, and reflection as we begin to gather what we’ve sown.

Mabon – Autumn Equinox (Around Sept 21)

Harvest and Balance
A moment of equal light and dark, giving thanks and preparing for the inward turn.

Samhain (Oct 31–Nov 1)

Descent and Ancestral Wisdom
The veil thins. A powerful time for release, remembrance, and honoring death as part of the cycle.

Yule – Winter Solstice (Around Dec 21)

Stillness and Rebirth
The longest night gives birth to the light. A sacred pause, honoring renewal and hope.

How We Celebrate at Mindfully Aligned

At Mindfully Aligned, each seasonal turning is honored as a sacred invitation to reconnect—with the Earth, with spirit, and with yourself. We gather in ritual to mark the sabbats with intentional practices that awaken ancient remembrance and present-moment embodiment. Through community circles, seasonal apothecary creations, guided meditations, and elemental rituals, we align with the energies of each phase—from the fertile stirrings of Imbolc to the deep introspection of Samhain. Every celebration is crafted to be grounding, heart-centered, and soul-nourishing.
