Each class is designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and mindful embodiment.  All levels welcome, including beginners and those returning to practice after time away.

DEEP REST: Restorative Yoga with Tawnia

Experience a deeply restorative yoga practice that combines gentle stretching, props, stillness, and guided relaxation to balance your mind, body, and spirit. Join teacher Tawnia Converse to sink into supported poses, release stress, and achieve deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

KUNDALINI YOGA: Breath, Mantra & Consciousness with Heather

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and transformative practice that integrates breathwork, mantras, movement, meditation to ignite your inner energy. This class fosters emotional stability, energy cleansing, and a deeper connection to oneself. Join teacher Heather Geiser for purposeful kriya sets, guided meditation, and integration helping you depart feeling grounded, clear, and supported.

YIN YOGA: Energy Medicine with Heather

This class offers a slow, introspective practice that blends Yin Yoga with subtle energy work.  Postures are held for longer periods to nourish the connective tissues, meridians, and fascial network of the body.  Gentle energetic guidance by teacher Heather Geiser to support deep release, inner stillness, and balancing of the mind and heart.  Ideal for stress relief, nervous system care, and spiritual grounding. 

MOVING MEDITATION: Movement as Meditation with Tawnia

Asana practice is a moving meditation that connects you to your breath and integrated self. Each class teacher Tawnia invites you to explore your intentions and deeper questions through body and breath. Expect breath work, guided visualization, and gentle movement, suitable for all levels, including beginners.

YOGA BEYOND ASANA: Exploring the Wisdom Tradition with Tawnia

Asana, the yoga movement practice, is just a small part of a rich wisdom tradition. This monthly offering will explore teachings that promote a harmonious and awakened life. Led by experienced teacher Tawnia Converse, classes will include discussion, reflection, a guided journey, and suggestions for further exploration. Please bring a journal, wear comfortable clothes, and come with an open mind and heart—no prior yoga experience is necessary.

RESTORATIVE YOGA: Supportive Stillness with Alexa

Restorative Yoga invites you to rest fully.  Supported by props such as bolsters and blankets, the body is held in gentle postures that encourage deep relaxation and recalibration of the nervous system.  This class is especially supportive for exhaustion, overwhelm, chronic illness, and emotional processing.  You are guided by teacher Alexa Blackburn to soften, receive, and return to a place of inner peace
