Meet Heather
I am a holistic wellness guide, energy healer, spiritual teacher, and Priestess of the Flame. My work lives at the intersection of energy medicine, somatic awareness, intuitive wisdom, and sacred ritual. I support women and spiritual seekers in healing, awakening, and remembering the truth of who they are.
This path is not about fixing you. It is about remembering you, honoring the innate intelligence of your body, your energy field, and your spirit.
My own path opened through illness, unraveling, and deep remembering. Through years of study, practice, and surrendering to the medicine of my own soul, I came to understand that energy work is not something I do. It is something that moves through me.
Beyond this work, I am a mother, a mystic, a lover of nature and ceremony, and someone who values honesty, humility, devotion, and humor. I'm always seeking balance between the mystical and the deeply human.
How I work
My work weaves together intuitive energy healing, somatic awareness, meditation, breath, spiritual guidance, and sacred ritual. I listen deeply, attune to the energy field, and trust the wisdom that arises in stillness.

Healing is collaborative, relational, and sacred. It is never something done to you.

I am currently devoted to the Priestess Initiation of Divine Sacred Feminine Alchemy, a ceremonial path of remembrance guiding the body, heart, and spirit through the purification, illumination, and union.

I've been honored to study under and be initiated by teachers of the Sacred Feminine path:
Rebecca Campbell - International author, and spiritual Teacher; completed the Inner Temple Mystery School.
Elayne Kalila Doughty - Priestess Presence: ongoing studies within the Quintessentia Mystery School, including advanced priestess training in the 13 Moon lineage.
Sarah Durham Wilson (Sarah of Magdalene)
- completed initiations through Her Second Act and the Primordial Priestess Teacher Training.
My offerings are an extension of these teachings, Sacred Energy Alignment, anointing practices, intuitive guidance, and ceremonial facilitation. This work is a living practice; I am continuously learning, deepening, and remembering.
