A deeply restorative, nurturing space with props, blankets, and long-held passive shapes. You layer in sound, gentle touch, aromatherapy (optional), and guided heart-centered meditation. Ideal for: Women recovering from stress, illness, emotional exhaustion, or needing comfort and regulation.
